As a Supply Planner, you play a key role in ensuring we deliver the right product, at the right time, in the right quantity. You will orchestrate supply planning activities across purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics to support reliable and cost-effective product availability. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll help align supply with demand, manage risks, and drive planning accuracy.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years’ experience looking to deepen their expertise and contribute to a purpose-led global supply chain.

B. Execute Reliable and Agile Supply Plans
Translate demand plans into executable supply schedules for your product portfolio.
Adjust plans based on changing inputs from Demand Planners and operational teams, and communicate impacts clearly.
Monitor potential constraints and support resolution through root cause analysis and coordination with stakeholders.
Partner with suppliers, production, and logistics to ensure timely flow of materials and products.
Provide accurate data and insights to enable supply decisions and performance tracking.
C. Ensure Planning System Accuracy and Efficiency
Maintain master data (e.g., lead times, safety stock, lot sizes) in planning tools and ERP systems.
Use systems such as o9 and SAP to create and manage supply plans, work orders, and purchase orders.
Escalate supply risks early and propose potential solutions, balancing service and cost considerations.
Track supply execution performance and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement.
D. Support Product Lifecycle Changes
Assist in planning for product launches, engineering changes, and obsolescence to ensure smooth transitions.
Liaise with Product Lifecycle Planning Leads to maintain visibility and readiness for upcoming changes.
E. Build Core Planning Capabilities
Strengthen technical proficiency in advanced planning tools, data analysis, and scenario planning.
Contribute to planning process improvement projects and help embed new tools or ways of working.
Develop a broader understanding of how planning connects to business outcomes, from service to margin.
What You BringEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: 3–5 years in supply or production planning, logistics, or materials management.
Tools: Working knowledge of ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, o9, Oracle). Strong Excel skills.
