**Job Description**
The Supply Planner at Revelyst will play a critical role in ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while balancing cost and service level targets. This position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to adapt within a dynamic, multi-brand environment. You will be responsible for forecasting supply needs, managing purchase plans, and supporting the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to distribution centers.
This position reports to the **Sr. Manager,** **Sales and Operation Planning** and allows you the flexibility to work from your home office 2 days a week and out of our **Irvine, CA** office 3 days a week.
**As the Supply Planner, you will have an opportunity to:**
+ Develop and maintain short- and long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets across multiple product categories and brands.
+ Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Operations, and Logistics to ensure timely production and delivery of goods. Provide guidance on allocation needs.
+ Assist with MOQ strategies to minimize them. Balance MOQ requirements as required to support customer needs. Work closely with Sourcing to adjust them as appropriate.
+ Consolidate input, develop constrained demand plans. Execute supply plans to meet demand plan. Manage supply-side alerts to the cross-functional team.
+ As needed, work closely with Supply Operations to create buy approval templates at each production buy for sign off from Executive team prior to purchase.
+ Ensure customer required delivery dates and service levels are met. Work with Supply Operations and Global Logistics with the required transportation mode to meet customer delivery requirements. Ensure stakeholder requirements are met.
+ Responsible for inventory levels, safety stock analysis and settings, fulfillment strategies for assigned product categories
+ Monitor supply and inventory KPIs such as service levels, turns, stockouts, and taking proactive action to resolve imbalances.
+ Create and work with Finance to manage inventory reporting, turns reporting, financial reporting, E&O reporting for the business. This information should be published monthly in accordance with our Global Supply Operations reporting.
+ Manage life cycle management. Focus on E&O inventory, work with Sales and Product/Merch to reduce E&O.
+ Analyze constraints, lead times, and capacity limits to optimize replenishment strategies. Investigate and decide on allocation issues.
+ Communicate supply risks and opportunities to stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations.
+ Support new product introductions and end-of-life planning by aligning supply strategies with launch and exit timelines.
+ Maintain master data accuracy in ERP systems (e.g., lead times, MOQ, safety stock).
+ Participate in S&OP processes, merch/product management meetings, innovation trail, monthly inventory meetings, supply meetings, and supply reviews, and any special meetings with internal and external partners.
**You have:**
+ Prefer Mass Retail experience, but not a requirement. Associate’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, or a related field. Additional years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
+ 3+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management; experience in consumer goods or outdoor/lifestyle industries is a plus.
+ Proficient in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite); advanced Excel skills required.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Pay Range:**
Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
