About the Role

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, ordering, logistics, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery, process improvement, and KPI achievement while supporting NPI projects and team development.

What You Will Do

Handle the planning and ordering end to end process between demand and supplyClosely flow up the delivery and ensure the order fulfillmentDrive to settle the logistics issue driving the deliveryCommunicate with supply partners to prioritize and meet our supply lead time requirementCommunicate with the worldwide regional teams to meet their requirement.Track and push supplier performance improvementCoordinate with the cross-function teams to meet their requirementData collection and report generation to support analysisProactively support Supply Chain Planning function to achieve predefined KPIsDrive continuous process improvementIdentify and escalate potential risk areas timely with sound recommendationsExercise leadership and managerial skills through effective problem solving, decision making, coaching, and talent developmentWork closely with NPI team to support NPI projects, and make sure the project hand over smoothlyPerform tasks as and when required by the supervisor

What You Need to Be Successful

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years working experience in supply Chain or purchasing areaSAP Super UserStrong communication skillKnowledge of planning and ordering processGood at data analysisGood knowledge in SAP system and desk-top softwareGood command of EnglishResults driven with teamworkCustomer focus orientationSelf-awareness and willing to learn
