We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our Operations department. In this role, you will handle land-related queries, including managing the Holding Table, addressing Accounts Payable (AP) issues, and investigating adjustments and error supplements. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and ensuring tasks are completed within defined procedures and standards. To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, highly attentive to detail, and able to communicate clearly in English. You will be expected to solve moderately complex problems by analyzing situations and applying sound judgment. Responsibilities: + Investigate adjustments and error supplements. + Analyze write-off reports to identify trends or discrepancies. + Address queries related to Accounts Payable (AP). + Manage and maintain the Holding Table accurately. + Assist the team in cross-quality checks and investigations when discrepancies arise. + Follow instructions and pre-defined guidelines to complete assigned tasks. + Ensure all work meets team standards and escalate issues or system limitations to your supervisor.
