The main purpose of this position is to assure product availability in the market and supervision of NPD / EPD deployment. **Your responsibilities** Service Management – maintaining Service Levels on agreed Levels • Inventory Management – assure stock levels within agreed coverage • Adherence to best practice and continuous improvement • NPD / EPD Management – from initiation to deployment Key duties: 1. Service Management: + To assure Pack Fill Rate on highest possible levels but not lower than agreed KPI. + Collaborate with Demand Planning on forecast changes to actively pre-empt stock-outs or over-stocks + Collaboration with Connected Planning / Factories and Suppliers to assure product availability + Collaborate with Customer Service to support with the visibility of potential service issues + Review and root-cause service misses + Track sell-through 2. Inventory Management: + Assure the product stock availability within the agreed coverage + Optimize inventory levels on quarterly basis according to accepted methodology + Slow Moving and Obsolete stock management – reporting and collaboration with Sales / Marketing on depletion strategies. 3. Adherence to best practice and continuous improvement: + Collaborate with Regional COE – to ensure constant knowledge extension and adherence to best practice + Collaborate with Connected Planning – to assure seamless communication between Supply Chain functions incl. factories + Assure proper system set-ups for best possible out-put 4.
