Job Family Summary:

The SNO Leader is part of our Supply Network Operations organization. This includes a variety of roles focused on managing and improving our supply chain processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Job Description:

The SNO Leader is responsible for leading and executing supply chain strategies, connecting the Site Operations and the SPS (Synchronized Planning Solutions – North America Planning Organization). They play a key role in identifying and leading the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, & products.

Key Responsibilities:       

Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.      

Collaborate effectively within the immediate team, the central SPS team, and operations to maximize service results.      

Maintain awareness of relevant stewardship requirements (Inventory Management) and act/coach accordingly.

Site owner of Master Production Scheduling, Red Non-Performing Inventory, Manufacturing Synchronization Strategies, etc.

Significant contributor and coach for Inventory Management requirements, Material Utilization Reduction, Inventory reduction, Service expectations, maintaining Plant Operating Strategy System adherence, etc.

Daily connection with the SPS/Operations to ensure an optimal supply chain.

Managing/Coaching direct reports

Job Qualifications

Able to work under limited supervision, following defined precedents and policies.       

Able to lead small and large groups to make necessary supply chain strategy changes, acting as a change agent

Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills

Problem solving via innovation & creativity

Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" demeanor

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment

Able to identify future skills required for the organization and actively plan to develop those within their team.       

Able to coach and advise team, monitor compliance with stewardship requirements.

Operations and/or Supply Chain experience
