Supply Manager, Uber Shuttle (B2B)

**About the Role**
We are on a mission to build the largest employee transportation business in India, and globally. We are looking for candidates who can lead this cause from the front, and create ground-breaking impact for us and for our clients. This candidate will be responsible for our end-end strategy & execution on Fleets. This role will cut across geographies and clients, and the candidate will be able to influence our growth trajectory across the country.
**What the Candidate Will Do**
1. Strategy: Work closely with the Ops Leadership, Product teams and Functional Partners (CommOps, Finance, Marketing) to align and iterate on overall strategy and priority initiatives.
2. Business Development: Define fleet growth strategy. Scout and nurture relationships with target fleets in the country for Uber to partner with.
3. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with our B2B fleets and help them grow with Uber.
4. Service Delivery: Make sure customer SLAs are being met through active collaboration with the fleet partners.
**What the Candidate Will Need**
1. 5+ years of proven experience in the mobility/logistics industry, operations, employee shift transportation. Strong business and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills.
2. Should be able to manage large fleets and hold strong relationship with large fleets in the industry, understands fleet operations and model of business. Ability to build and maintain financial models concerning fleets.
3. Understands all nuances of running employee shift-level transportation for large corporates. Able to clearly communicate and manage leadership stakeholders internally and externally.
4. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Google Workspace, SQL. Must be comfortable with using internal and external technology platforms.
