The Supply Marketing team is focused on optimizing the supply network to ensure restaurants have access to the products they need to grow their business and reliably execute orders to high-value ezCater customers.
As the Supply Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ideating, strategizing, and executing motions to foster engagement and adoption which elevate overall performance to drive long-term value for the network. You will play a central role in strengthening performance, adoption of tools, and loyalty to our top performing partners across their lifecycle. Your campaigns will help partners grow their bookings, gain greater exposure to high value customers, and optimize their offering for a reliable experience that makes customers want to order again.

What You'll Do:
Network strategy: You’ll partner with Product Marketing to build centralized, streamlined lifecycle marketing communications aligning with company goals to optimize the network to increase bookings and drive operational reliability to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Multi-channel communications & marketing: You’ll design segmented and customized network-wide communications across ezCater communication channels (email, in-product, collateral, etc.) to drive targeted partner behaviors. Working with the Product and Operations team to manage holistic communications and launch new channels like SMS and push notifications. Using your merchandising experience, you’ll create an optimization roadmap to test and iterate upon to allow our partners to gain more exposure to customers and grow together. Collaborate: You’ll collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Fulfillment Excellence, Brand & Creative to bring insights, data, and success stories to life in content across channels to supplement campaigns, landing pages, and collateral. You’ll manage the complexities of cross functional teams and break down roadblocks. Communicate effectively: You have experience thoughtfully explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences internally and externally and understand the impact of cross-functional activities. Internally, you will ensure teams across the organization are on the same page pre and post launch.What You Have:
Minimum of 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience focused in strategy and multi-channel communications preferably in a rapidly growing environment. Excellent skills in data analysis, reporting, and storytelling through data sets. Strong experience partnering with Marketing Operations and Sales Enablement to navigate complex communications and infrastructure, build targeted segment lists across tiered contact levels (ie: highly franchised or non-centralized decision maker contacts), and mastery in CRM (Hubspot or Salesforce) campaigns and data. Exceptional positioning, copywriting, communication, and presentation skills (ie: creative briefs to presentations) with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Strategic marketer with demonstrated history creating and executing successful campaigns against KPIs, cross-functional partnership from coordination to execution, and measuring and reporting out on campaigns and their impact to the business. Demonstrated success in results-driven outcomes that focused on driving increases in engagement and adoption to increase revenue. Advanced in diverse, multi-channel communications to drive engagement that encompass email, SMS, webinars, and high-impact user events. Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling you to establish and nurture internal & external relationships.You're an ideal candidate if you are a strategic lifecycle marketer who can embrace change, drive innovation, and are passionate about delivering excellence through your campaigns. You are a proactive, data-driven and nimble mover. You have incredibly strong interpersonal skills and excellent campaign management skills to keep cross-functional teams aligned. The national cash compensation range for this role is $98,000-$129,000 per year.*
