From leveraging insights and analysis to make data-driven decisions - to spearheading sustainable business practices that contribute to consistent and reliable business growth - we are unwaveringly passionate about making a meaningful impact, and always doing the right thing. **About the role** Reporting to ASEAN Customer Service Logistics & Planning Controller (CSL&P), you’ll be responsible for providing adequate support in delivering quality planning, forecasting and management reporting which facilitates timely strategic decision making, both on a short term and long-term basis, provide consolidation and analytical support on annual plan, forecast, monthly closing and reporting activities. **Your responsibilities** + Overall responsibility for Supply finance reporting of End-2-End In Market Excellence Cost Of Goods ( E2E IMEX COGS) performance, as well as ensuring and implementation of financial controls in relating to E2E IMEX COGS, which are in accordance to finance best practices and Reckitt group policies. + Responsible for the planning process and forecasting process in liaison with and local Supply Director and Finance Director for full E2E COGS lines. Eg: PPV, FX, Logistic/Warehousing and Other Commercial COGS. + Maintenance of Standard COGS in system, support for costing simulation and scenario analysis for NPI/NPD. + Provides accurate information to the internal stakeholders and in timely manner, andfinancial/commercial business support to the operations. + Facilitating proper alignment with regional management on reporting work and decision making. + Provides financial guidance operation, contributing fully to the continuous improvement in the supply service operational performance and promoting a cost awareness culture. + Ensure Inventory/provision are managed as per target and are at optimum healthy levels. + Participates in continuous process improvements and implementations as well as cost improvement and optimization. + Responsible to carry out stocktakes in conjunction with the Warehouse, periodic cycle counts and other finance and control related matters. **The experience we're looking for** + Recognized Degree in Finance or Accounting, CA/ ACCA or equivalent. + At least 5 years proven work experience within Finance/Accounting. + Experience of working within a multinational environment/FMCG industry. + Experience of **working on Supply chain finance and inventory management** . + Excellent financial modelling skills and template building skills. + Microsoft Office literacy essential (strong excel skills in data compilation and aggregation, e.g. pivottables/ VLOOKUP) + SAP, JDE, HFM, Cognos knowledge desirable. **The skills for success** Business accumen, Investment Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Project Management, Improve business processes, Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, Internal controls, Financial analysis and reporting, Stakeholder engagement and influence, Strategic thinking, Risk management, Relationship management. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
