Due to an internal promotion we’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Supply Excellence & Senior Industrial Engineering Manager to join our iconic Ballarat site — home to legendary favorites like Maltesers, Snickers, and M&M’s!

What’s the opportunity?

As Supply Excellence & Senior Industrial Engineering Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our long-term success. You’ll:

Manage a team of dedicated professionalsLead the implementation of our Continuous Improvement (CI) Excellence FrameworkPartner with the Plant Director to co-develop and drive site strategy in alignment with regional goalsShape our capital investment strategy and assess site capacity for the futureLead and coach the Focused Improvement (FI) pillar as part of the MSE programChampion efficiency, innovation, and collaborative cultureDrive transformational initiatives to meet strategic labour and performance goalsEmpower teams through impactful coaching and training programs

What makes you a great fit?

You’re an experienced CI leader or Industrial Engineer with a passion for manufacturing excellence.You bring strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.University Degree in Industrial Engineering or Engineering or Business Administration. ·Relevant experience in Production or Finance area as a minimum requirement for professional experienceRelevant working experience in a production/TPM environment.Previous Line Management experience ideal.
