Job Description:

As Supply Excellence Lead you are responsible for a number of work areas in the relevant Value Stream.

Managing the Continuous Improvement team and the Continuous Improvement activities in the Value StreamDriving FMOS in the Value StreamBeing the member of the local Mars Supply Excellence Community and deploy & drive the Mars Supply Excellence implementation within the respective Value Stream.Deploying roadmaps for improving on Safety, Quality and the business performance of the Value stream and lead the execution.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor or University Degree3 years experience in Manufacturing/Supply/Supply ChainExcellent communication in Dutch and English languageExperience in Supply Excellence/Lean Tools & Techniques (TPM) program managementExperience in leading change initiatives and project management

What will be your key responsibilities? 

Continuous Improvement Activities

The Value Stream team is to support production teams. Continuous Improvement activities will be defined to support in this. The role of the Supply Excellence Lead is to manage the Continuous Improvement team and Supply Excellence dedicated resources.To define together with R&D Scientist and Technical Lead (DVSR) and CI technicians the CI activities for the Value Stream. This is regarding Safety, Quality and Performance. But also in order to keep production colleague’s engagedTo guide and coach Continuous Improvement Expert with ProjectsTo train and coach the Continuous Improvements methods and tools

Mars Supply Excellence Community

Lead, drive, co-ordinate and follow up the Mars Supply Excellence action plans for the Value StreamBe member of MSE pilar teams (like FMOS or AM)Is a local MSE Subject Matter Pillar expert in terms of Lean methods, tools & approachIs delivering appropriate communication on MSE program and engages the Value Stream TeamTogether with colleagues Supply Excellence Leads and Supply Excellence Managers, you will team up to align on factory wide topics.

Roadmap for Value Stream

Together with different support areas, build the roadmap for the Value Stream to have guidance in the work of all Value Stream colleagues. Make sure all projects are coordinated, in terms of action plans, performance, timeline, resources and budget.
