We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chains Manager to join our team in the plastic and metal fastener industry. As the Supply Chains Manager, you will be responsible for managing Demand &Supply planning and logistic functions for both the Ayutthaya plant and Rayong DC and overseeing Distribution management in Rayong DC. Your key focus will be on demand forecasting and supply plan, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and customers' standards, inventory control, distribution center management, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will collaborate closely with various departments to optimize supply chain operations and support business growth.
**The Job:**
As a **Supply Chain Manager,** you’ll be part of our **Industrial** team working as an on-site employee.
You’ll get to:
+ Manage and oversee the logistic department both Ayutthaya warehouse and Rayong distribution center.
+ Manage and oversee Supply planning functions to ensure collaboration with key stakeholders such as demand planner, customer services, production planning to ensure supply plan and timely delivery performance to customers.
+ Monitor and analyze customer demand, forecasts and requirements to ensure accurate production planning and inventory management.
+ Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and customers' specific quality and industry standards.
+ Manage inventory control activities, including using SAP-B1 and WMS systems for accurate tracking and efficient management.
+ Oversee the distribution center management in Rayong, including inbound and outbound logistics operations.
+ Continual improvement in Warehouse and Logistic team efficiency and resilience.
+ Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure delivery from suppliers based on customers' delivery plans.
+ Work closely with the Accounting and Finance department for inventory control and financial reporting related to supply chain activities.
+ Focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and service levels, ensuring prompt resolution of any customer issues or concerns.
+ Ensure the safety and compliance of logistics operations, adhering to relevant safety regulations and best practices.
+ Support developing and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and consolidating company performance reports from various departments.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, sales, and finance, tooptimize supply chain processes and support business objectives.

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain & Logistic Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
+ Extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics and supply chains planning, preferably in the plastic and metal fasteners industry.
+ Strong knowledge and experience in supply chain planning and inventory control.
+ In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and customers' quality and industry standards.
+ Proficiency in using SAP-B1 and WMS systems for inventory management and logistics operations.
+ Excellent leadership and managerial skills to effectively oversee logistics departments and customer relationships.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
+ Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Knowledge of distribution center management and logistics best practices.
+ Proven track record of achieving high levels of inventory control to customer service levels.
+ Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in logistics and warehouse operations.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
