The Specialist will coordinate sourcing and vendor management activities, helping to secure reliable suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain production timelines. The Impact you’ll makeProduct Sourcing & Supplier Evaluation\nResearch and identify potential manufacturers and suppliers domestically and internationally.\nEvaluate supplier capabilities, quality standards, and compliance with company requirements.\nObtain competitive quotes, samples, and lead times for product components and finished goods.\nVendor Communication & Relationship Management\nMaintain clear, timely, and professional communication with vendors regarding specifications, timelines, and requirements.\nAssist in negotiating pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment terms to optimize costs and terms.\nMonitor vendor performance and escalate quality or delivery concerns promptly.\nProduction Timeline & Supply Chain Coordination\nTrack and manage production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.\nProactively follow up with suppliers to resolve potential delays or issues.\nCollaborate with product development and operations teams to relay updates and facilitate issue resolution.\nDocumentation & Process Management\nMaintain accurate and organized sourcing documentation, contracts, and communication logs.\nSupport continuous improvement of supply chain processes and reporting.\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nProven experience in product sourcing, supply chain coordination, or vendor management.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional cross-cultural interactions.\nProficiency with spreadsheets and collaboration tools such as Google Sheets and Slack.\nDetail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\nExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nFamiliarity with international shipping, Incoterms, and basic import/export practices (a plus).\nAbility to work autonomously and proactively follow up on tasks.\nAdaptability and responsiveness to changing timelines and priorities.\nYou should apply if… \nYou thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and take ownership of your work.\nYou are meticulous, reliable, and value clear communication.\nYou enjoy building and maintaining professional relationships across cultures and time zones.\nYou are motivated by helping a mission-driven company grow and deliver exceptional products.\nYou are comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule within the required hours.\n\nWhat to expect...
