Job Description

The Supply Chain Technician will be responsible for supporting supply chain processes and operations activities, including wave planning, order fulfillment, and customer support, to meet the business’s overall needs.

Job Responsibilities Daily use of SAP, Microsoft Office, and Transportation Management System (TMS) will be required. Organizing and Releasing Work to ensure operational areas remain balanced and work released can be executed. Coordinate with customers internally and externally to ensure the timely delivery of goods and help resolve any issues. Provided customer support for order fulfillment and past-due recovery and facilitated expedited shipment requests to meet customer demands. Reporting and Data analysis to best support Supply Chain and Operations. Cross-functional communication within the site and organization to achieve results within the role.   Support and execute any other duties as assigned by the manager Background & Skills

Required Skills

Strong Verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter and able to complete work with little supervision. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. SAP Experience

 

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Associates Degree Preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or distribution role. Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
