Supply Chain Technician / 1st Shift Requisition ID: 44452 Job Location(s): Cleveland, Tn, TN, US Employment Type: Full Time Segment: Danfoss Power Solutions Segment Job Function: Supply Chain and Operations Work Location Type: On-site **Job Description** The Supply Chain Technician will be responsible for supporting supply chain processes and operations activities, including wave planning, order fulfillment, and customer support, to meet the business’s overall needs. **Job Responsibilities** + Daily use of SAP, Microsoft Office, and Transportation Management System (TMS) will be required. + Organizing and Releasing Work to ensure operational areas remain balanced and work released can be executed. + Coordinate with customers internally and externally to ensure the timely delivery of goods and help resolve any issues. + Provided customer support for order fulfillment and past-due recovery and facilitated expedited shipment requests to meet customer demands. + Reporting and Data analysis to best support Supply Chain and Operations. + Cross-functional communication within the site and organization to achieve results within the role. + Support and execute any other duties as assigned by the manager **Background & Skills** **Required Skills** + Strong Verbal and written communication skills. + Self-starter and able to complete work with little supervision. + Proficient Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + SAP Experience **Qualifications** + A high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required. + Associates Degree Preferred + Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or distribution role. + Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
