Overview This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise for one of our core departments: Processing, Packaging, or Warehouse. Responsibilities Provides daily work direction to frontline associates Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics Leads daily performance meetings Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action Makes daily decisions impacting the business Handles all team performance and personnel issues Manages time and payroll systems Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications High School Diploma required Associates degree or equivalent background preferred Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred Supervisory experience preferred. Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others Able to Instruct and Teach Others Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures Mechanical and Technical Aptitude Must be willing to work off shifts (3p - 11p) and/or (11p – 7am). Weekends included.
