Supply Chain Systems Lead

Position Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our various systems, their interdependencies, and how data integrates across the entire ecosystem. Key systems include but are not limited to Salesforce, Sync4R, Cisco Finess, Calabrio and JDE Lead complex issue management, including troubleshooting and cross-functional investigations to identify definitive root causes and drive effective solutions Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for critical systems and processes, ensuring consistent adherence and driving continuous improvement Serve as the primary contact point for system-related issues, efficiently coordinating efforts across relevant internal and external teams. Ensure adequate representation in inter-departmental meetings, projects, and system calls Take full ownership of sending timely, clear, and consistent communications to all internal and external partners regarding system issues, updates, and resolutions, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed Maintain an administrative role within our Salesforce applications Travel up to 10% of the time Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or a High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 7 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
