Supply Chain Sustainability Analyst
Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Sustainability Analyst to join our team. This position will support the Sustainability team in advancing global supply chain sustainability initiatives through close collaboration with the sourcing team, merchandising team (with a focus on product materials), and external vendors. This role involves detailed data entry and analysis using supply chain sustainability tools, cross-functional coordination with sourcing and supply chain staff, and active participation in vendor education and engagement. Key areas of focus include traceability, vendor communications, and emerging sustainability categories. Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to sustainable practices are essential for success in this role.

  

This position reports to the Sustainability Supervisor and will be based out of our Irvine, CA or Bozeman, MT office.   

As the Supply Chain Sustainability Analyst, you will have an opportunity to:  

Implement global product stewardship and responsible sourcing initiatives. 

Collect and organize large data sets, supporting the corporate GHG foot printing process. 

Compile, enter, and analyze data on our product materials, facilities, and operations. 

Capture utility, TMS, and WMS data for sustainability analysis and standardization 

Engage, educate, and influence suppliers, building strong relationships to promote adherence to Revelyst facility standards and sustainability initiatives.  

Conduct ongoing research to sustain and grow Revelyst sustainable supply chain strategies. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate sustainable practices into operations, including product design and development for sustainable materials & eco-modulation.  

Provide data for sustainable supply chain initiatives and environmental reporting as needed for internal & external stakeholders. 

Engage with industry associations such as Cascale/Worldly, Circular Alliance, OIA, Textile Exchange etc. 

 

You have:  

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree) 

1-4 years of experience in sustainability analysis or a related role 

Experience working with sustainable products, the apparel industry, consumer goods industry, product development or supply chain 

Strong understanding of environmental practices, GHG reporting, and supply chain sustainability 

Technical skills in ERP building and data extraction 

Excellent project management, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills 

Advanced in data analysis/extraction and MS Excel skills 

Skilled working independently and as part of a team 

Passionate about sustainability and motivated to be a change maker 

Languages: Professional fluency in English required 

You might have:  

Understanding of supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, and transportation 

Experience with Cascale/Worldly and/or sustainability data 

Languages: Professional Fluency Preferred in Mandarin or Vietnamese 

Experience with power BI preferred

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
