Across our peak period, this is more important than ever, so we are expanding our DC whanau across this time to help keep our stores thriving.

Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Logistics People & Operations Support superstar to join our high-performing team. If you love variety, thrive on being the go-to person, and enjoy making things happen, this could be your next great move.

This is a fixed Term position from August 2025 - 28th February 2026.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the engine room of our operations support — keeping everything ticking so our people can focus on delivering the goods (literally!). Every day will be different, but you’ll be:

Accurately processing our DC team members' hours through to payrollKeeping our key reports up-to-date and in the hands of decision-makersOwning the comms inbox — responding promptly and keeping things flowingMaking sure we’re never short on essential supplies (stock levels, sorted!)Handling invoices through COUPA with accuracy and speedHelping ensure our deliveries to stores happen on time, every timePrioritising safety and wellbeing across everything you do

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who’s switched on, motivated, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Ideally, you’ll have:

Payroll knowledge and previous experience with payroll systems (i.e MYOB). A keen eye for detail and strong time management skillsConfidence with MS Office — especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointA clear and friendly communication styleGreat energy, a team-player attitude, and a drive to get things doneA curious mindset — always looking to learn and improveBonus points for experience in admin or customer service in a fast-paced environmentEven more bonus points if you’ve used COUPA or similar tools
