Our distributed team of more than 100,000 colleagues delivers an outstanding combination of innovative technologies, purchasing convenience and pharmaceutical services through our industry-leading brands, including Thermo Scientific, Applied Biosystems, Invitrogen, Fisher Scientific, Unity Lab Services, Patheon and PPD. **The Position** Specific Results associated with this position include: Key Performance Indicators: + Process Returns from Engineers and Customers in targeted timeframe + Resolve discrepancies within expected time + Number of open RMAs **Key responsibilities** include, but are not exclusively: + Working in compliance with legislation and IMS _(required for all)_ + Process FSE and customer product returns and conduct product failure analysis + Handle day-to-day RMA receiving / shipping activities + Work closely with internal departments such as Operation, Customer Service/Technical Support, Quality and Engineering + Work closely with DHL warehouses + Aging and maintenance of reports associated with returned parts **Proficiencies** : The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience: + Education, training and experience that demonstrate the required skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English + You are a great teammate and have ability to work independent. + No nine till five mentalities. + Requires outstanding problem solving, follow-through, attention to detail and interpersonal connections. + Ability to maintain integrity and courtesy under pressure. + Critical soft skills include self-motivation, the ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure, integrity, and strong team and customer orientation. + Knowledge of Microsoft Office and like software products for reporting and analysis (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point) + Good solid understanding of ERP system At Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 70,000 outstanding minds has a unique story to tell.
