Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage order processing and tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer ordersMaintain accurate records of orders, shipments, inventory and inventory levelsResponsible for customer support and post-sales serviceMonitor stock levels and proactively communicate with the inventory distributor team to ensure product availabilityCollaborate with sales and warehouse teams to address order-related issues and ensure a smooth order fulfillment processHandles the ordering process and related processes i.e. loan, goods exchange, consignment stock (AJ order), goods return and sample delivery request and ensure that all related document are approved by authorized person before submitting to the distributorRegular review the master data to align between distributor and company record i.e. customer, price, item code to be created the missing data for simplifying the ordering processManage the delivery problem with distributor to provide the appropriate solution for customers effectivelyCoordinate with commercial team on problem solving of distributor’s issue with Customer supportProvide weekly report such as consignment report, RCN report, AJ report i.e. to commercial team in order to follow up actions with sales representative.Ensure that all the order and delivery requests have been approved by authorized person according to the authorization matrixCoordinate with commercial team for stock count process of consignment stock to complete the counting process and make the right record for stock reconciliation process and action according to the agreed scheduleMonitor the stock holding which is commercial related i.e. reserved stock, deposit stock etc. and coordinate with the relevant parties to release for salesManage delivery of machine to hospital via the approved transporter at the optimum costManage the assigned project for the area/process improvementEducation & Experience
Bachelor of Business, Logistics or any other related fieldsMinimum 2 years’ experience in fulfillment supply chain managementComputer literacy in MS OfficeGood interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail, multiple tasks managementPleasant personality, good attitude and service mindedGood problem-solving and interpersonal skillsReasonable Accommodations
