**About the Roles:**
We are hiring for an on call **Supply Chain Specialist and** **Courier** to support our healthcare operations.
As a **Supply Chain Specialist** , you’ll manage supply chain operations including receiving, distribution, requisitioning, and inventory support. You’ll also maintain computer-based systems and serve as a frontline representative in meetings and initiatives. This role requires 2–3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in healthcare or warehousing. An associate degree in Business or Supply Chain is a plus.
As a **Hospital Courier** , you’ll operate hospital vehicles to deliver and pick up items such as mail, packages, and supplies. You’ll maintain delivery logs and ensure vehicles are clean and safe. A high school diploma and valid Indiana driver’s license are required, along with previous delivery experience.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Drivers License and Clean Driving History
+ Ability to complete required training and competency tests
+ Preferred: Healthcare or warehouse experience, Microsoft Office proficiency
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to walk up 10 miles daily
+ Ability to stand and sit for periods of time
+ Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
+ Attention to safety and PPE use is essential
