Responsible for supporting B-F Türkiye Customer Service and Logistics in all topics related to sales order management and logistics processes.
In the Customer Service area, you will provide administrative support in managing daily sales orders, including collaboration with Customers, the Commercial team, and Logistics providers.
By supporting Supply Chain Operations, you will manage inbound deliveries for all Brown-Forman brands imported to Türkiye, plan local rework, strip stamping, and the import process, as well as monitor logistics KPIs and service levels.
This is an office/hybrid role, with 4 days a week spent in the office.
What You Can Expect
Customer Service Support and Sales Order Management
Customer Service Support
Provide administrative assistance in the daily management of sales orders, invoices, e-waybills, and credit notes
Collaborate with Customers, Commercial teams, and Logistics service providers to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment
Support the resolution of issues related to order processing, documentation, and shipment tracking
Supply Chain and Logistics Operations
Oversee inbound deliveries of all Brown-Forman brands imported into Türkiye
Coordinate local rework activities, including strip stamping and compliance with local regulations
Manage import processes in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Close collaboration with Supply & Demand Planner to ensure on-time stock replenishment
Collaborate with the custom broker (inbound deliveries to bonded warehouse; import process)
Daily cooperation with suppliers and logistics service providers
Prepare and share inventory reports, including slow-moving and inventory obsolescence reports
Supply Chain Optimisation
Monitor and report on key logistics KPIs to ensure service level targets are met and continuously improved
Identify operational issues/bottlenecks and initiate the timely implementation and execution of countermeasures
Build a trustful working relationship with subcontracted logistics service providers
Guide and support annual and ad-hoc inventory count procedures
What You Bring to the Table
Fluent in Turkish and English
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 -5 years of supply chain, logistics, or customer service experience
Experience with ERP system - SAP preferred
IT literate - MS Office & Google applications
Demonstrated analytical skills and solution-focused in solving problems
Communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written)
Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts and with diverse cultures.

Adaptable, flexible, and resilient
