Supply Chain Specialist
Overview The Supply Chain Specialist provides hands-on support for Asset Management (Inventory Planning), ensuring smooth execution, reporting, and maintenance. This role thrives in a cross-functional environment, assisting with critical daily operations while serving as a backup during peak demand periods. This is a remote position that will be performed from a home office #LI-Remote. Candidates must be based within the United States. Salary range $22-$26/hour commensurate with experience. Review and approve new SKUs with accuracy based on evolving business rules. Manage barcode updates, warehouse locations, and SKU changes. 3rd Party Warehouse Inbound / Outbound requests and reconciliations. Reporting & Vendor Coordination Create, maintain and distribute Excel-based reports from multiple data sources. Use excel to perfom business analysis tasks. Update arrival and cargo ready dates, with bi-weekly vendor follow-ups to ensure production stays on track. Asset Management – Flexible Support Investigate and resolve outstanding purchase orders impacting Accounts Payable. Execute inter-district transfers via Salesforce. Contribute to Continuous Improvement projects within Asset Management. Provide coverage during staff absences. Support tasks and projects within other related supply chain departments as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, purchasing, or business analytics preferred. Experience with purchase orders, vendor management, and data reconcilation preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Salesforce experience preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to adapt to diverse assignments and prioritize effectively.
