Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Specialist with strong expertise in Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Requisition (PR) reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining compliance with internal controls, and resolving discrepancies between purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures. Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports. Reconcile POs and PRs to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with finance, procurement and receiving departments to investigate and resolve invoice/PO/PR mismatches. Monitor open POs and PRs to ensure timely closure and accurate financial reporting. Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and reconciliations. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.
Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Accounts Payable, with a strong focus on PO/PR reconciliation. Extensive experience with Oracle R12 environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Contractor Notes: This is a contractor role and therefore will be treated as hourly.  This person must fill out a weekly timecard for their agency, which will be approved by Ram. Any OT must be approved in writing from HM. Any travel must be approved in writing by HM and EXEC before it is scheduled. This assignment is 6 months in length.
