Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Supply Chain Specialist (Planning) is to plan and place low-volume product lines and support the Supply Planning Analyst role by being responsible for tactical updates, including managing inbound POs & dropship orders with our suppliers to support the business. It will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and supplier partners, making sure the customer and supplier experience is excellent, and business needs are met.
What you'll do:
• Responsible for inbound PO management, ensuring orders are accurate and up to date
• Responsible for drop-ship POs to supplier partners
• Document service-level failures on inbound POs to measure supplier performance to ChemPoint
• Purchase and manage low volume product lines against inventory and service level targets
• Model and maintain the inventory and supply network within the Logility supply planning tool
• Assist in depletion efforts including recertification and coordinating with internal Sales stakeholders
• Identifies process improvement opportunities within responsible team to support ChemPoint’s business strategies
What you'll need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields from a fully accredited four year institution or equivalent experience in a supply chain environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in a high-paced environment

Pay and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $57,350.00 - $71,690.00 annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay. Available employee benefits include health, vision, and dental. We also provide 401k matching for retirement and paid time off.
