Supply Chain Specialist

What will you do:
Collect forecast assumptions from the Commercial team and understand the drivers for demand changes.
Create and review demand planning scenarios and adjust accordingly based on the latest marketing intelligence. This includes reviewing demand from tender, NIP, reimbursement, and supply allocation.
Perform demand data cleansing and generate/review statistical demand forecasts.
Facilitate Pre S&OP Demand Review and follow up on corrective and mitigation actions.
Identify risks and opportunities and assess internal and external impacts on markets.
Work with Finance to obtain demand forecast approval and update the approved consensus demand forecast into the planning system.
Maintain clean demand signals transferred to the manufacturing site during weekly supply reviews.
Monitor inventory levels, identify potential supply issues, communicate with relevant stakeholders, and escalate when appropriate.
Partner with Regulatory Affairs to address and mitigate supply impacts from regulatory changes.
Support Market S&OP and follow up on corrective and mitigation actions.
Partner with the AP Order Management team to ensure finished goods (FG) Sales Orders and Purchase Orders are created on time and accurately.
Follow up on shipment delivery to destination markets, ensure optimized modes of transportation are used, and identify critical shipments that require prioritization.
Manage planning parameters and master data maintenance.
Support portfolio planning activities such as new product launches, network transfers, divestitures, source changes, and product life cycle management.
Review and update supply chain key performance indicators
What you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, pharmacy, data analytics, business administration or science.
2-3 years of experience in demand and supply planning. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good understanding of business dynamics and supply chain.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, FMCG, or chemical manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Good presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience using ERP systems and advanced Excel/Microsoft Power BI skills for data analysis and management.
Experience using Kinaxis Rapid Response is preferred.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to rapidly changing business conditions.
Excellent attention to detail.
Keen driver for process improvement.
Ability to travel as required.
