WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

• University degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Production Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inventory Control, or similar position

• Experience in using inventory management software and ERP systems, including WMS and SAP (MRP, S4HANA)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools – especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Fluent English speaker – both written and spoken

• Experience in using Front-end systems (Cegid) – would be an asset

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

• Continuously monitor inventory levels between SAP and front-end systems to ensure data consistency

• Verify stock allocations and transfers are reflected accurately in both systems

• Perform stock transfers in the system after inventory allocation

• Ensure all transfers are completed within the required timelines and support timely product sales

• Identify and investigate any discrepancies between SAP and LSP or front-end system

• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate inventory records

• Track the progress of inventory transfers and ensure products are delivered on time

• Proactively address delays or disruptions in the supply chain to minimize impact on sales

• Prepare regular reports on inventory reconciliation status and identified discrepancies

• Maintain clear documentation of all inventory adjustments and transfer activities

• Suggest and implement improvements to streamline the inventory reconciliation process

• Work with IT or systems administrators to address technical challenges or systems inefficiencies
