Supply Chain Services Analyst

The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location** **Summary Onsite Analyst University of Miami** Manages the customer supply chain experience for Surgical Services, delivering industry-leading supply chain results that the customer values and rewards. Identifies, prioritizes, and drives supply chain initiatives across the total value chain based on customer and business needs. Ensure customer demand is accurately forecasted to support site activity. Manages site KPI improvement activities. **Core Responsibilities** + Leads customer facing supply chain projects to drive improvements in safety, quality and/or productivity to drive overall improvement in the business. + Helps to drive formal Kaizen events, using our OM Power Partner process improvement process and training + Monitors and reports on all site level KPI’s and makes recommendations to drive improvement in overall KPI’s + Develops customer facing monthly/quarterly KPI’s as well as slide decks to be presented to clients and outward facing documents + Leads and coordinates special programs, emergency responses, and other cross customer focused projects + Supports operational efficiencies and manages distribution network changes while maintaining a seamless transition for the customer + Collects and leverages data to product business analytics that support the value proposition of the customer + Performs additional duties as directed **Qualifying Experience** + Bachelor’s Degree required; concentration in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management or related technical field preferred + 2 or more years of relevant Supply Chain experience (inventory management, planning and/or forecasting), including experience in all aspects of supply chain planning, management, and operations + Experience utilizing Lean principles and tools (Flow, Pull, Kanban, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) + Demonstrated comfort dealing with large, demanding customers with complex distribution networks + Proven ability and willingness to develop relationships with customers and internal functional partners + Strong analytical skills including ability to manage large amounts of data and recommend solutions + Ability to think and act strategically in the business while focusing on day‐to‐day operational execution + Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing, fast paced team environment + Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners + Excellent organizational and influencing skills and the ability to drive cross‐ functional alignment + Strong communication (written and verbal) skills; comfortable communicating at various organizational levels, and able to back‐up thoughts with facts and analysis + Proficiency with Excel, Access, other MS Office applications and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) + Strong results orientation and work ethic, able to work independently + Flexibility to support multiple projects with ability to meet all deadlines If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
