Supply Chain Security Specialist
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Conduct security audits of critical business partners (carriers, customs agents, etc.), ensuring follow-up on corrective actions and validating the effectiveness of the measures implemented. Lead the annual internal audit, ensuring proper documentation, timely closure, and follow-up on action plans. Coordinate and execute drills in accordance with the contingency plan, verifying compliance with the procedures established in the Supply Chain Security programs. Train and raise awareness among internal staff and business partners on security, logistics, access control, transport inspection, and best practices. Maintain an up-to-date database of carriers on the U.S. government's CTPAT-SVI platform, ensuring adequate monitoring. Manage the semi-annual carrier declaration required to maintain AEO certification. Actively participate in the annual risk analysis, considering business partners, critical positions, CCTV system, and other relevant factors. Promote continuous improvement, strengthening the culture of safety and security throughout the organization. Provide support in government audits related to AEO and CTPAT certifications, ensuring the preparation, coordination, and delivery of required evidence. Comply with corporate EHS standards applicable to the area, as well as the company's Foreign Trade Compliance Policy.   For This Role, You Will Need: English Advanced  Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related field. 3-5 years in Supply Chain Security, Foreign Trade, Logistics. 2  years conducting supply chain security audits for business partners
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Desirable: ISO 9001 and 19011 Certified Auditor Knowledge of Mexican and U.S. customs regulations
