This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class organization and contribute to essential supply chain operations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Create and manage purchase orders based on material demand and ensure timely order fulfillment. + Communicate with suppliers to confirm shipment timelines, resolve delays, and track goods in transit. + Maintain accurate purchase order data, including pricing, quantities, and certificates. + Manage daily order tracking, issue resolution, and updates to internal stakeholders. + Maintain clear communication with vendors and cross-functional teams (Planning, Customer Fulfillment, Finance). + Update relevant information in SAP and other internal systems. + Support return shipments and coordinate corrective actions for supply discrepancies. + Assist with invoice discrepancy resolution and support accounting on blocked invoice cases. **Qualifications:** + 2–3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, purchasing, or logistics. + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace. + Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred). + Excellent communication and follow-up skills with internal and external partners. + Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and problem-solve independently. + Bachelor’s degree or related field a plus but not required. **Apply Today** This is an excellent opportunity to expand your experience in supply chain and purchasing within an innovative and fast-paced environment. **To apply, please send your resume immediately to:** **chrc511@kellyservices.com** Interviews are being scheduled now – don’t miss out!
