Supply Chain Project Manager - EMEA ISC NPI

As a Supply Chain Project Manager - EMEA ISC NPI, you will have a strong understanding of project management activities, including the end-to-end project management process in a fast paced, complex business environment. You will work within a team of collaborative colleagues, working on high-impact projects that move the business forward. You will help your team meet deadlines, track, monitor and summarize progress of projects, and prepare reports for senior leadership regarding the status and project of the project. 

Your role within ISC will be pivotal, covering all critical functions including sourcing, manufacturing, planning, and global procurement strategy. You will also play a key role in supporting project needs from an R&D perspective, ensuring alignment between innovation and operational execution.

You will lead prioritization based of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance. Use your strategic thinking to help establish and implement direction for new business opportunities, products and processes. Bring the best global thinking to your own organization and region. 


JOB DUTIES: 

Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of projects Partner with Category and Commodity leaders to create strategy and drive projects to completion Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives Effectively react on project expectations and highlight potential challenges to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner Ensure efficient communication about project status within ISC and at all levels related within the organization Proactively respond to changes in project scope and identify potential risks across all ISC functions Complete all aspects of NPI sourcing process from bid to award  Develop integration plan with all key deliverables for key stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of NPI into Internal factory or EMS after award. Ensure NDA signature with new vendors or third parties, deliver design for manufacturability, and PPAP with Supplier Quality and Engineering Align with ISC according to the project schedule, addressing all aspects such as cannibalization, potential engineering changes (E/O), and financial impacts. Highlight any risks that could lead to increased project costs or negatively affect the timeline. Develop and deliver a sourcing and supplier plan for all assigned NPI projects, identifying and contracting with both prospective and existing suppliers for 100% of BOM items, while ensuring that key project milestones are clearly documented and achieved. Possess a strong understanding of all ISC NPI processes and role responsibilities within company. Drive execution to align with and achieve the company’s strategic goals and foster a growth-oriented mindset.
 

YOU MUST HAVE: 

Proven ability to manage effectively through influencing skills to drive consensus Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels, both written and verbal Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable operating in ambiguity and applying the 80/20 rule to drive actionable outcomes Proven experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects in commercial or industrial environments as a Project or Program Manager Solid background in Supply Chain Management or Procurement Experience working with diverse teams in multiple global sites Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope Experience managing relationships and operations with Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers Effective negotiation skills with suppliers and cross-functional partners Robust communication and stakeholders’ management skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive reporting Fluent in English (written and spoken)  PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
