If you're ready to develop your career in an environment where logistics excellence meets automotive innovation — this role is for you. **What would be your key responsibilities?** + Planning, executing, and controlling strategic and operational logistics projects with ownership of deliverables. + Developing and maintaining detailed and accurate project plans — from concept to implementation. + Tracking and evaluating project performance against timelines, KPIs, and cost targets. + Preparing and presenting clear reports, statements, and cost calculations to stakeholders. + Active participation in cross-functional project meetings to ensure smooth collaboration between departments. + Close cooperation with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Customer Service) to align logistics operations with business goals. + Conducting transport and packaging cost analyses to support efficient and sustainable logistics solutions. + Participating in daily interdepartmental meetings to monitor and resolve operational issues. + Using ERP systems (QAD) and modern project management tools for real-time data management and project control. + Documenting and sharing project lessons learned, best practices, and improvement recommendations for future initiatives. + Clarifying, defining, and establishing logistics requirements for new customer projects or changes to existing processes. + Initiating and implementing improvement projects related to internal and external logistics flows (process optimization, packaging, transportation, warehouse layout, material handling). + Supervising project budgets and ensuring adherence to financial targets. **What makes you the perfect candidate?** + Master’s or bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field). + Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics project coordination or management in an **Automotive or Industrial environment** . + Strong English skills (fluent Hungarian is mandatory). + Proficient computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, ideally QAD). + Knowledge of packaging and transport standards in the automotive sector. + Strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and effective communication abilities. + Process-driven, independent, and capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. + Adaptive and flexible in response to changing market, customer, and technology requirements. + Open to business travel when required. **Why join GKN Automotive?** At GKN, you will be part of an international environment where logistics is at the heart of our success.
