Join us\! **Who You Are** As a member of the Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain Team and performing as a Program Management, Manager, you will impact major complex procurements of different contract types and will have continued interaction with Lockheed Martin program leadership\. You’ll need to operate autonomously and have the business acumen for interaction with the strategic supplier leadership chains\. In addition, you’ll be looked upon to lead the team and promote their continued learning and training\. **What You Will Be Doing** The Global Supply Chain Management, Manager role within the Integrated Systems and Partnerships \(IS&P\) organization\. IS&P is responsible for procurements from the major suppliers and complex systems for all programs and lifecycles at LM Aero\. Direct the organizations day\-to\-day operations and responsible for integrating supply chain initiatives\. Ensure sourcing strategies, release plans and commodity strategies support production and sustainment for all programs\. Assure adequate capabilities and capacity in supply chain\. Develop, train, and promote workforce vitality\. Manage procurement groups for request for proposal activity, negotiations, awards, post subcontract award \- supplier performance for assigned components and commodities\. Manage procurement group to meet program targets/estimates at completion, small business goals, etc\.
