Your new role

In our team we have 5 Supply Chain Professionals who are responsible for the production planning activities and the release process for the Aseptic Manufacturing Site in Bagsværd.

 

As a Supply Chain Professional at Novo Nordisk, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

PLANNING:

Create and maintain the production plan for our lines. Conduct daily pit meetings with production team leaders. Be the gatekeeper for the Takt plans. Ensure smooth weekly API deliveries for the site.

 

RELEASE:

Coordinate release of batches with focus on FIFO and markets’ priorities. Conduct DV/release meetings and gatekeep the release process. Assist with system support to departments (SAP, PAS-X, STYX). Alignment with S&OE on release timing and prioritization.

 

OTHER:

Support the Capacity Partner with various capacity agreements related activities. Support ad-hoc projects and problem-solving initiatives. Facilitate optimal cooperation across departments and seamless flows.   Your skills and qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have/be:

Degree in Engineering, Business or similar. Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge. Experience with SAP is considered an asset. Experience with production or supply planning is considered an asset. Capable of handling and understanding large amounts of data. Fluency in both English and Danish. Additionally, we are seeking a candidate with a strong commitment to continuous improvement, who values simplicity and embraces a “right first time” approach. You should be proactive and capable of working independently, while also demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset. Your proven ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments will be key to your success in this role.

The Business Support department coordinates all activities related to our key Aseptic Factory in Bagsværd (Denmark, Capital Region). You will belong to a dynamic and high performing team reporting into the Manager of Supply Chain, Finance & Procurement. The team is fully dedicated to optimizing the factory performance and enabling Novo Nordisk to serve as many patients as possible every day. We strive for excellence and continuous improvement.
