As Supply Chain Product Planner, within our Vaccines Supply Chain team, you will ensure that markets demand for your products is covered by available supply along the 0 to 3 years horizon.

Main Responsibilities:
End-to-End Supply Chain Planning & Execution: Ensures product balancing between demand & supply and gap remediation across both 0-3 months (S&OE) and 4-36 months (IBP) horizons; responsible for net demand propagation, validation and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.
Master Data & Planning Parameters: Responsible for creation and continuous accuracy of product related master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis, ensuring alignment with End-to-End Product Leader's strategy/segmentation guidelines.
IBP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly) cycles: Contributes to the standard End-to-End Planning & Execution decision loop in collaboration with key stakeholders (Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, Finance …).
Product Strategy Support: Assists in product-driven strategic and budget planning, provide data-driven insights for long-term decisions, and incorporates strategic changes into planning systems.
About You
Experience: 2-3 years in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven track record of building plannings and aligning stakeholders, driving decision-making
Soft skills: Interpersonal skills: ability to engage and collaborate with multiple partners within and across sites to build scenarios and optimize business outcomes. Change agent: ensure best practice implementation and system adoption/evolution. Proactivity is a must, given the anticipation component of the position
Technical skills: Proficient with advanced planning system (Kinaxis). High analytical capabilities and creativity to analyze data, collect insights and build mitigations. Synthetic mind to build recommendations and drive decision making
Education: : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar. APICS certification is an asset
Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are considered an asset

The salary range for this position is:
$101,250.00 - $146,250.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
