Join us\! **Who You Are** As a member of the Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontract Management Staff team every day will be unique as you tackle shortages and resolve supplier performance issues\. In this role, you will make a difference to our bottom line by controlling costs through negotiation and ensuring on\-time delivery\. **What You Will Be Doing** The selected candidate will be a part of the Procurement team for major systems\. The candidate will be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate\-to\-high\-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build\-to\-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs\. The individual will lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority\. Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types\. AeroSCM **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelor's from an accredited college or university Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations \(FAR\) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations \(DFAR\) Experience with Microsoft Office **Desired Skills:** 10 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree Extensive experience with supply chain management, buying or procurement Experience with the summation of key issues for leadership intervention Experience prioritizing daily tasks to meet customer objectives Self starter and willingness to learn Experience with DFAR and FAR Team lead experience Commercial/non\-commercial procurements experience Experience with TINA **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
