Job Title: Supply Planning Manager

About the Role

Responsible for coordinating Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing processes. Creates production plans in line with sales forecasts, stock levels, production capacity, material availability, and operational constraints; analyzes process efficiency and implements necessary improvements. The main objective is to ensure that products are available at the right time, in the right place, and at optimal cost, while continuously improving planning processes to increase operational efficiency and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and guide the development of direct reports, enhance team motivation through job enrichment and support their growthEvaluate stocks, production performance, production constraints, inventory targets, material and bulk availability, and sales forecasts on a weekly basis to prepare and monitor 25-week production plans (bottling and bulk)Perform and follow up on material requirements planning on a weekly basisPlan imported products in line with Diageo Türkiye's warehouse, bonded warehouse, and in-transit stock levels and up-to-date sales forecastsDefine target inventory levels, carry out budget planning, follow-up, and reportingPrepare the annual departmental budget, monitor it monthly, and perform variance analyses when necessaryMaintain, check, and update master data in the SAP systemDesign new models and projects to improve planning processes and implement cost-reduction initiativesBuild effective collaboration with the factory and other relevant departmentsPrepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports regarding the actuals of production and import plansQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, other Engineering fields, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related disciplineConfirmed ability in Supply Planning and Demand Planning rolesStrong analytical thinking and planning skillsExperience in FMCG and in companies with production operationsSolid understanding of production planning processesExcellent Excel and data visualization skillsStrong financial modeling and business partnering abilitiesProficiency in English with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
