Performs analysis to identify and develop business improvement opportunities with increasing scope and complexity to evaluate return on investment (ROI) of the opportunity. **What You Will Do:** • Identifying, defining, leading implementation of integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities. • Establishing and strengthening effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions. • Investigating and incorporating industry benchmarks, metrics and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets. • Leads the development and analyzes data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and business partnerships. **Education Requirement** Degree or equivalent experience desired **What You Will Have:** **Business Process Improvement** : Proven ability to evaluate and redesign business processes using data-driven methods and advanced technologies to drive efficiency and ROI. **Analytical Thinking** : Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions. **Decision Making & Critical Thinking** : Skilled in making informed decisions using structured approaches and advising others through complex evaluations. **Problem Solving** : Experience leading cross-functional problem-solving efforts and applying diverse techniques to resolve operational challenges. **Project Management** : Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects, including planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. **Logistics & Supply Chain Management** : Deep understanding of logistics operations and supply chain strategies, with a focus on optimization and cost-effectiveness. **Top Candidates Will Also Have:** **Aftermarket Experience** : Familiarity with post-sale service operations and supply chain support for aftermarket parts or services. **Six Sigma Black Belt Certification** : Experience applying Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. **Influencing & Flexibility** : Ability to influence cross-functional teams and adapt quickly in dynamic environments. **Day-One Readiness** : Ready to contribute to major supply chain initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders from week one. **Additional Details:** This role can be based in Mossville, Morton, or Decatur, IL. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required. Relocation is available for qualified candidates. Sponsorship is not available for this position. **Summary Pay Range:** $110,520.00 - $165,840.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
