**Job Description**
Join us as a Supply Chain Planning and Operations Coordinator, where you’ll be the mastermind behind strategic supply solutions, collaborating across teams to keep us agile and ready to exceed customer expectations every step of the way!
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with the production facility to analyze and recommend adjustments to the production plan, ensuring prioritization of changes to optimize production efficiency and address supply shortages and manage excess inventory.
+ Serve as a liaison between Allocation, Demand Planning, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather insights on expected performance and identify potential risk situations throughout the planning process.
+ Act as a key business partner in all stages of supply chain planning, facilitating effective communication regarding supply risks, interruptions, and their potential impacts on operations.
+ Support departmental initiatives aimed at improving processes and capabilities across the organization, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
+ Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to ensure alignment with business objectives.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and enhance overall responsiveness to market demands.
+ Coordinate cross-functional meetings to discuss planning updates, challenges, and opportunities, encouraging collaboration among teams to achieve shared goals.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of supply chain activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

The Supply Chain Planning and Operations department plays a crucial role in positioning the organization as "The Supplier of Choice" by facilitating seamless collaboration across various business areas. By engaging closely with production sites and the Americas markets, the department ensures that supply strategies are aligned with demand plan requirements while maintaining efficient inventory health. This collaborative approach not only drives operational efficiency but also crafts valuable learning opportunities across the entire value chain.
In this context, the Supply Chain Planning and Operations Coordinator serves as a vital enabler for the broader organization. This role focuses on enhancing global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), developing inventory policies, and analyzing demand and inventory to improve collaboration. Ultimately, this alignment fosters a more responsive and agile supply chain, empowering the organization to meet customer needs effectively while achieving its strategic goals.

**Hybrid Working Model**
This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work. **Compensation**
The salary for this position has a range of $72,885.00 - $109,327.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
