Encourage cross-functional leaders to adopt standard methodologies for achieving supply chain excellence from factory to customer. **Job Summary** The Technical Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing applications across Bath & Body Works Supply Chain, with a strong focus on user experience and application modernization. This role will help transform legacy applications into our modern environment, ensuring solutions are intuitive, effective, and scalable. The analyst will also play a key role in testing, validating, and optimizing applications for end-user adoption while supporting ongoing operational and reporting needs. Responsibilities **Application Modernization & User Experience** + Partner with business stakeholders to migrate legacy tools and processes into the new environments. + Test new solutions for usability, efficiency, and user adoption; recommend enhancements based on feedback. + Support development of SOPs, training guides, and change management to improve associate experience. **Technical Support & Enhancements** + Develop, enhance, and maintain Access databases and other legacy applications during the transition phase. + Configure, validate, and troubleshoot systems to support operational needs. + Serve as liaison with IT, operations, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and deliver enhancements. **Reporting & Automation** + Monitor and manage automated processes that support reporting, labor management, and application wakeups. + Create and maintain reporting solutions to support distribution/fulfillment center operations. + Partner with reporting teams to align raw data transformations with enterprise reporting standards. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Act as a technical resource for business partners, ensuring user needs are reflected in system design and reporting. + Participate in testing of new WMS/WCS/WES software installations and enhancements. + Influence cross-functional leaders to adopt best practices and user-focused approaches. Qualifications + Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution or fulfillment environment. + Knowledge of DC-related operations, including WMS and/or related supply chain/logistics systems. + Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL, and VBA; knowledge of Python and visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Snowflake) a plus. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve in the moment and handle shifting priorities. + Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate across IT, operations, and user groups. + Sense of urgency with time-sensitive issues and flexibility for occasional off-hour support. + Passion for improving end-user experience and translating technical solutions into operational value. **Education** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Core Competencies + Lead with Curiosity & Humility + Build High Performing Teams for Today & Tomorrow + Influence & Inspire with Vision & Purpose + Observe, Engage & Connect + Strive to Achieve Operational Excellence + Deliver Business Results Benefits Bath & Body Works associates are the heart of our business.
