Supply Chain Planner and Customer Service(Contractor)

Position summary:
To manage optimum level of inventory for merchandise materials by coordinating with sales and regional planner in line with business policy and guidelines.To efficiently manage the order fulfilment processes and handle customers’ inquiries/complaints in accordance with established operation policies and practices in order to secure and enhance business opportunities.
Main Tasks:
1. Merchandize Planning
Monitor and plan inventory for merchandise materials by reviewing forecast and actual sales status through close communication with local sales account managers and customers.Issue timely PR (Purchase Requisition) and follow up with import team and the regional office on the material availability, possible delivery date to ensure timely delivery.Check & update ICTP by communicating with controlling services team.Communicate with regional planner on material allocation in case of shortages.Manage target inventory KPI (DIV, OIV) and taking proper action to reduce aged stock, expiring stock, dysfunctional stock. Manage export process for merchandize-through business, and help-out case.Coordinate on stock transfer PO & DO for merchandize materials to other BU plants.Maintain material master data with correct parameters.Ensure compliance to import regulations, EHS requirements, K-REACH registration etc.
2. Customer Service
Manage sales orders through proactive customer and internal communication e.g. product availability, order status and delivery tracking.Support credit management, billing and accounts receivable rollow-up.Manage master data maintenance process to ensure effective order management.Handle customer complaints via non-conformance management (NCM) system. Actively communicate status, investigation results, corrective actions to customer and ensure on time closure. And capture customer expectations / requirement and feedback to BU / Functions.Support implementation of business rules related to customer order management process.Provide order status report and monitor customers’ order placement against sales forecast.Capture market intelligence from daily interaction with customers and share with the business as appropriate.
Education/Qualifications required:
University degree or equivalentPrefer to have more than 3 years of experience of merchandize planning and customer service in supply chain.
Competencies required:
Good SAP, APO skills (SD, MM module)Proficient in MS officeAbility to speak Korean and English as business level are required
Contract Period: 1 Year and 6 Months
