This is a hybrid position, based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL. Team members work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration days Tuesday through Thursday.

Drive and optimize multi-plant supply planning processes that ensure availability and efficiency across our network
Plan product portfolio needs and balance inventory to meet service KPIs while minimizing excess
Communicate regularly with order management, product and marketing teams, factory personnel, purchasing, and global supply and demand teams
Resolve supply issues proactively, provide timely ETAs, and coordinate cross-functional solutions
Support product lifecycle transitions through inventory planning for product phase-in and phase-out
Analyze data to support planning decisions using systems such as Oracle and Business Intelligence tools
Maintain planning system parameters to ensure accurate supply and demand signals
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional process improvement projects
Execute all assigned tasks with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
2+ years of professional experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, production, or operations
Experience with ERP systems—preferably Oracle—and Business Intelligence tools
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across teams and functions
Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle shifting demands and deadlines

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $68,600 - $97,600 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities.
