*Position summary:
-Responsible for CSB production planning, procurement of raw materials, inventory management of finished goods and raw materials, coordination of local and export sales, master data management, and administration of all Korea CSB related issues.
*Main Tasks:
1. Production planning
-Demand consolidation and verification for local and export materials.
-Develop production schedules and adjust based on the capacity, order priority, order change, material availability.
-Continuous optimization on the production schedule to maximize utilization rate, and to reduce yield loss, changeover frequencies, and prevent cross-contamination by combining product family group and ensuring keeping special requirements for each material.
-Identify supply or capacity constraints with scenario planning and share the projected utilization rate with the relevant parties, and support for a smooth transition of production site changes if required.
-Receipt and verification of campaign reports from the production site and proceed GR (Goods Receipt) of finished goods and GI (Goods Issue) of raw materials in the SAP system correctly.
-Execute of month-end closing procedure for tolling & packaging fee based on the contract.
2. Procurement
-Aggregate raw materials demand based on the production schedule and determine the purchasing quantities and arrival date considering safety stocks, lot sizes, lead times.
-Issue timely PR (Purchase Requisition) / PO (Purchase Order) in the SAP system and follow up with suppliers on the material availability, possible delivery date to ensure goods are ready on time.
-Liaise with regional supply chain planner or product manager to get an on-time allocation in case of shortages.
-Ensure compliance to import regulation, EHS requirements, K-REACH registration, and closely work with the RC team and suppliers when there is missing information.
-Cooperate with each category buyer to achieve competitive price and service from suppliers.
3. Inventory Management
-Manage and optimize inventory level considering customer service level and Target inventory KPI (DIV, OIV), and taking proper action to reduce Aged stock, Expiring stock, Dysfunctional stock.
-Implement proper inventory strategies considering product-specific requirements.
-Execute of rework or disposal process in line with company regulation.
-Participate in local and regional sales meeting reporting on inventory status and cooperate with the relevant parties to resolve issues when required.
4. Master data management
-Manage material creation/change/deletion/extension process and cooperate with product manager by providing correct information.
-Maintain of material master data with correct MRP/APO DP/SNP parameters.
-Create and Maintain BOM (Bill of Material), Master Recipe, Production version, CMIR (customer-Material Info Record), PIN (Packing Instruction) with correct data.
-Ensure a correct cost of materials and request cost estimation for new materials to BASC F&A Service Desk (Management Accounting) team.
-Ensure up-to-date DG master data, GHS MSDS, GHS label available before production, and contact person in charge to update if required.
*Education/Qualifications required:
-University graduate,
-Prefer to have more than 3 years of experience in supply chain, material management, planning & logistics & Export/Import.
*Competencies required:
-Good SAP, APO skills (SD, MM, PP module)
-Proficient in MS office
-Ability to speak Korean and English as business level are required
*This is a contract position for 1yr (June 2025- June 2026)
