Responsibilities Your day to day with us: MRP tool management for the correct material supply to the line. Monthly Plant Closures, analyzing actual and theoretical stock levels and the origin of possible discrepancies. Management of administrative tasks specific to the position (suppliers, co-packers...). Coordination with internal HQ departments (Accounts Payable, and others), with a special focus on fluid and timely communication that guarantees agreements made with suppliers. Support in the supervision of the shift team. Management of documentation for Corporate and External Audits relevant to the function. Support in Inventory Control (Rotation, traceability). Qualifications What will you need to succeed? Education: High School Diploma, Higher Vocational Training. Spanish proficiency and English at an Intermediate level. Proficiency in office automation tools, high level. Extensive knowledge in Excel, Word, Oracle, Discoverer, PowerPoint and other administrative tools. Speed and agility in the execution of administrative tasks. Analytical and communication skills.
