Supply Chain Operational Excellence Specialist:
The Supply Chain Operational Excellence Specialist is responsible for supporting the integration of new critical capabilities and standardized workflows within the organization, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and operational needs, working under general supervision.
Your role:
Maintains Operational Excellence methodology and tools in one or more specific areas, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence.
Assists in evaluating the organization to determine operational excellence maturity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
Ensures that Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects are properly executed, and sustained, driving tangible improvements in operational efficiency and quality.
Supports the implementation of supply chain improvement projects by assisting in data collection, analysis, and documentation of current processes, facilitating informed decision-making and process optimization.
Collaborates with quality teams to maintain product integrity and adherence to standards throughout the supply chain process, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a related field.
Your skills include Supply Chain Management, data analysis and interpretation, KPI monitoring and reporting, documentation, and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Linwood, PA is $63,000 to $84,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
