Job Description

Supply Chain Officer – Minor Hotels
📍 Brisbane | Full-time

Join our Corporate team at Minor Hotels as a Supply Chain Officer. In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate procurement, deliveries, and installations for our hotel network across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

What you’ll do:

Coordinate furniture, procurement, and logistics across multiple propertiesManage supplier, warehouse, and contractor relationshipsOversee inventory tracking, records, and reportingProvide administrative and procurement support to the Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ experience in procurement, logistics, or administrationStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of inventory/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) highly regarded
