The AWS Cloud Logistics team is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain professional for our Florence, KY location. In this strategic role, you'll spearhead operational excellence through innovative network optimization, process enhancement initiatives, and the development of new business solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong transportation background paired with exceptional data-driven problem-solving abilities. We seek someone who can effectively collaborate with and influence external partners while demonstrating expertise in data analysis and interpretation. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- 8+ years of supply chain experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
