This position is critical to ensuring that our supplier portfolio aligns with long-term business and technology strategies, while delivering best-in-class quality, delivery, and cost. **Key Responsibilities** + Collaborate with the Global Category team, Product Management, and Engineering to develop long-term strategy and technology roadmaps. + Align supplier capabilities with business objectives to ensure a robust and future-ready supply base. + Maintain a competitive sourcing environment by: + Driving dual qualification of suppliers. + Routinely quoting incumbent spend. + Partnering with sites to ensure suppliers are consistently challenged on cost and performance. **Requirements** We are looking for strategic thinkers with strong negotiation skills and a passion for supply chain excellence.
