Compensation DataThe typical hiring range for this role is $123,869.00 to $213,784.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
What You'll DoThe selected candidate will support the Food business unit by aligning projected customer demand with supply capabilities, collaborating with suppliers, TPMs, and internal teams to ensure efficient and continuous supply. They will also manage inventory through internal processes, optimize safety stock levels, and reduce Stock At Risk inventory in partnership with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams. This role supports business growth through strong collaboration with supply network partners.

Reporting Structure
Reports to the Site Manager or Regional Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead supply chain management processes across the site to meet customer and operational goals. Ensure all activities from order receipt to customer dispatch are executed efficiently and cost-effectively. Promote a “Safety First, Quality Always” culture in line with Kerry’s policies. Collaborate with Demand Planners for accurate demand visibility. Ensure supply plans maintain service levels and safety stock targets, including production scheduling and raw material planning. Oversee order shipments to meet customer delivery expectations; report on OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance. Partner with Sales and Customer Care to ensure timely and accurate customer communication. Manage the Stock-At-Risk Control Tower, working cross-functionally to reduce risk inventory. Oversee raw material call-offs and ensure alignment with production needs. Lead and develop the planning team, including production and demand/supply planners. Manage budgeted cost structures related to supply chain activities.Team Leadership
Direct oversight of production planners and demand/supply planning roles. Foster team engagement and talent development. What You'll Need To SucceedQualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Supply Chain, Business, Finance, IT, or Operations. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Planning or analysis, with proven experience leading teams and driving process and people improvements. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SAP expertise, especially in SAP-APO. Analytical & Operational Skills: Skilled in establishing, analyzing, and interpreting KPIs to meet operational goals. Experience in budgetary control and cost management. Problem Solving & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems and implement sustainable solutions. Strong leadership and team engagement capabilities.
